reviewed the evidence adduced at said hearin and is of the
opinion that said variation should be granted: and.

conditions $
(1) that the use of the cellar as a second dwelling
unit shall be discontinued by Deconbor 31e 1973,
or until a Change in ownerships Whichaver shall
first occurs
(2) that the us# and occupenc of the second dwelling

(3) that a coveoant of agreement to the above condi-
