Smith's Addition to EVSnstan, a Sub- division of the :youth 457.5 feet of the East 43 rods of the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section Ilt Township 41 North, Runge 1.3, East of the Third principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted so as to permit the expansion of the second dwelling unit to occupy all of the first floor.
