NW, I L%.I NOI S s SECTION 1, That a variation from the floor area ratio regulations of the vanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so for as said regulations pertain to tho property in the City of Evanston,. .located at 1.225 Michigan Avenue, and legally described as Lot I in Haids Resubdivision of Lot g and the north 30 feet of Lot 10 in Stockham's Rosubdivision of Block 2 in Bliss' Subdivision in the northeatt quarter of Section 19, Township 41 North, Rance 14, Ua►st of the Third Principal Meridian In Cook County* Zl,ll.nois, is hereby granted, permitted. and made so as to permit. .restriction of use of the third floor of the property located at 1.225 Michigar Avenue, Evanston, Illinois by filing a covenant instead o.f altorw ing the building, subjoct to the following condition: that a covenant stating that the third floor of tho building shall never be used as habitable space shall he submitted and recorded with the Aecorder of Deeds of. Cook County, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Huard of Appeals.
