S�.CT10N 2 t It is hereby determined that it is necessary, convenient and desirable for the City of Evanston to acquire title to and possession of the following described real estate in the City of Evanston, County of Cook, and State of Illinois, to wit: Sots l to i in Deeringg Park, a Resubdivision of part bf Lots-5 and 6 . in Block 5 in -Charles E. Brown's Lake Crave Addition to Evanston, in the south part of Oui lmett* Reservation In Township 42 North, Range ,i4, East of the Third Principal. Meridian, and also part of Lot R in Own*r's Subdi.vi.sion, as per plat recorded as Document #174205500 January b, 1959, . all in Cook County, Illinois, which real ,property is necessary, convenient and desirable for park purposes.
