Wieboldt Stores, Inc. shall submit a covenant, in recordable form, to guarantee that the following described property (that part of Dempster's Sub- division of Block 66 in the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, • Illinois, and having the Permanent Real Estate Index number 11-18-303-009, Volume 57) shall be held in the same ownership as the leasehold on the subject property for the lifetime of the proposed building# - 2w 091 • all in accordence with the recomandatione of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
