6.78 feet Bast of the intersection of said street
line with said Easterly'right of way line of the
Chicago and North Western Railway Company and thence
extends Northerly for a distance of 51.3 feet to a
point which is 68.22 feet West of the East line of
Lot 29 in said subdivision and 51 feet North of said
North line of Davis Street; running thence Northerly
along said 51.3 foot line hereinbefore described to
the end thereof; running thence North to a point
which is 69 feet West of the East line of said Lot l
in said subdivision and 24 feet South of the South
line of Church Street; running thence in a North-
easterly direction to the point of beginning, in
Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to allow Wieboldt
Stores, Inc., lessee, and Rosenberg Investment and Realty Trust,
owner, to erect and construct an office building on the property
located at 620 Davis Street to a height of 118 feet without
providing setbacks from side lot lines, subject to the following
conditions:
1. the building shall be constructed substantially
in accordance with plans submitted;
2. a setback of 20 feet shall be provided along
Davis Street;
3. a.n on -site .loading dock shall be placed at the
rear of the property on the east side;
4. required parking spaces shall be provided on the
triangle of land owned by Wieboldt Stores, Inc.,
located between the Chicago Transit authority
tracks and the Chicago and North Western Railway
right of way, as well as at the rear of the pro-
posed building, in accordance with plans submitted
and approved by the Director of Building; and
5. Wieboldt Stores, Inc. shall submit a covenant, in
recordable form, to guarantee that the following
described property (that part of Dempster's Sub-
division of Block 66 in the Southwest quarter of
Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of
the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
• Illinois, and having the Permanent Real Estate
Index number 11-18-303-009, Volume 57) shall be
held in the same ownership as the leasehold on
the subject property for the lifetime of the
proposed building#

all in accordence with the recomandatione of the Zoning Board
of Appeals.
