NOWt THER FORE., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 4F THE CITY OF "WANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1.: That a variation from the use regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance,.adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at 1822 Ridge Avenue, and legally described as - Lot 4 and Lot 5 (except the South 53.15 feet) in • the Circuit Court Partition of Lots 23 and 25 in County Clerk's Division of the Northwest quarter of Section 180 Township 41 North, Range 1.4, East of the Third principal ?Meridian, Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the use of the building at 1822 Ridge Avenue for a wholesale assembly operation for Universal Art Products# subject to the fallowing conditions: (1) sawing or ether noise producing operations shall be permitted inside the closed building and only between,the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on weekdays; (2) painting operations other than spray painting, which is prohibited, shall be permitted only under such circumstances that no odors are carried out of the building; (3) there shall be no outside storage on the premises; and 0(4) the sign on the front of, the building shall be removed immediately, 2- 1519 all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2: The Director of Building is ordered and directed to grant such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals, and the variation granted thereunder. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
