Open Storage Regulations of the Evanston
Zoning Ordinance, Adopted November 21* 1960#

SECTION It That a variation from the open
storage regulations of the
Evanston honing Ordinance, adopted November 21 * 1969, so far as
said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston*
located at 2200 Greenleaf Street, and legally described as -
Part of Lots 1 to 12 in Block 4 and part of Lots
16 to 24 in Block 3, crest of the right of way of
the Chicago & Northwestern Railway in Grant.'s
Addition to Evanston, ,a subdivision of the sash
two-thirds of the south half of the northwest
quarter of Section 24, Township 4.1 North, mange 13*
East of the. Third Principal meridian in Cook County,
Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and. made so as to permit Scholl
Pontiac, Inc. to use the said property for open storage of new
automobiles without installing a solid fence around the storage
area located at 2200 Greenleaf Street, subject to the following
conditions
(1 ) that the variation shall be limited to Shall.
Pontiac, Inc.;
(2) that the variation shall be limited for the
term of lease ending on September 30, 1972; and
(3) that use of the property shall be limited to
storage of new passenger vehicles only,
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board
0 of Appeals.

SECTION 2t The Director of Building is
• ordered and directed to grant
such permits as shall be required to effectuate the reco mmends-
tions of the ,honing Board of Appeals, and the variation granted
thereunder.
SECTION 3 t This ordinance shall. be In full
farce and effect from and after
its passage and approval its the manner provided by low. -
