$rICTION l ; That a variation from the front yard
regulations of the Evanston Zoning
Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations
pertain to the property located at 2700 Park Place in the City
of Evanston, and legally described as
Lots 17 and 18 in Block 10 in John Culver's Addition
to North Evanston# a subdivision of the East 33 feet
of Lots I and 2 and all of Lots 3 to lU together
with the South 50 feet of the East half of Lot 3
and the South 50 fast of Lots 4 to g in Subdivision
of Baxter's share, all in George Smith's Subdivision
in Township 42# Mange 13, East of the Third principal
. Meridian in Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the re -
subdivision of the property at 2700 Park glace In a manner that
would cause the existing building to have a front yard of 19.62
feet,, subject to the condition that off-street parking shall
be provided for bath properties in accordance with provisions
of tho Zoning Ordinance, all in accordance with the recommenda-
tions of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
CTION 2: The Director of Building is ordered
and directed to grant a permit to
Louis Patino, Jr. in accordance with the findings and recom-
mendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.
