" 4- 26- 71 32-0-69 AN ORDINANCE Granting the Appeal of the Chicago Province of the Society; of Jesus for a Variation from the Nonconforming Use and Occupancy of Dwelling Units Regulations of the Evans- ton Zoning Ordinance, Adopted November 210 1960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION is That a variation from the noncon- forming use and occupancy of dwelling units regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far a,s said regulations pertain to the property in the City of riEvanstont located at 201 Dempster Street, and legally described as - The East 113 feet of Lot 5 and the West 12 feet of Lot 4 in Block 73 in the Original Town of Evanston according to the map recorded January 210 1571 in Book 172 of maps, page 89, Document 80806 in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted and permitted so as to permit the continued use of the property at 201. Dempster Street, Evanston, Illinois, by more than three unrelated persons, subject to the following conditions: (1) that occupancy of the residence shall be limited to eight members of the Chicago Province of the Society of Jesus; (2) that the use of the premises shall be limited to residential and to the ownership and occupancy by the Chicago Province of the 'Society of Jesus; (3) that a reasonable annual contribution in an amount equivalent to the full share of City of Evanston taxes which would be payable on the subject.property if it were subject to taxation, shall be made to the City of Evans- ton in Lieu of taxes; and (4) that a covenant of acreement to the above conditions shall be submitted in recordable form by the appellant, w I n ' all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston. SECTION 2: The Director of Building is ordered and directed to grant such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals, SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force And effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
