Granting the Appeal of Roscoe Harris
for a Variation frown the Nonconforming
Use Regulations of the Zvanston Zoning
Ordinance„ Adopted November 21 1960
gPE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2VANSTOINg COOS. COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That a variation from the non-
conforming use regulations of
the Evanston Zoning Ordinance* adopted November 21, 1960, so
far as said .rogulations pertain to the property in the City of
Evanston, located at 1516 Florence Avenue, and legally described
as
Lot 1 in Block 10 in Hituaants Addition to Evanston,
a subdivision of the *14orthwest quarter of the O"'auth-
east quarter of Section 13: Township 41 North#
tinge 13. East of the Thlyd Principal Mtrldian
in Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby graht' ad # 'permitted and made to as to permit conversion
of the third floor of the property at 1516 Florence Avenue into
a dwelling unit, subject to the following conditions.:
(1 ) that there will be no more than four dwelling
units id the bui lding*-
2) that no roomers will bu permitted in the
building-, and
(3) that a covenant of agreement to comply with
the above conditions shall bo sLkbTaitted in
recordable farm by the appellant#
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning gourd
of Appeals.
3iC:TION 2s The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant
such permits of certificates of occupancy as shall be rewired
to offoctuate the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
• and the variation granted thereunder.

full force and effect from
