BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 4P THE CITY QP EVANSTON* COOK CAUNTYt ILLINOIS; SECTION 1t That a variation from the Sign regu- lations of the Evanston Zoning Ordi- oanceo adopted November 21, 1.964, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Cvanston# located at 1215 Church Street and 1722 Ridge Avenue, and legally described as w Parcel 1a The south 13.333 rods of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of ,,*Action lisp Township 41 North# Rana 14, East of the Third • Principal Meridian,, lying West of the center line of .Ridge Road in the City of Evanston, Illinois (could be called Lot 26 in County Clerk's Division in the Northwest quarter of Section 18 aforesaid); Parcel 2t Lot 10 and the :;south 20.75 feet of Lot 9 (as measured on Ridge Avenue) In the Circuit. (4) that all identification signs be approved by the Planning and development Committee. SECTION 2: The appeal for the erection of temporary construction signs is hereby denied, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston. SECTION'S: The Director of Building is ordered and directed to grant such permits as shalt be required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals, and the variation granted thereunder. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full forc(- and effect from and after its passagf, and approval in the manner provided by law.
