BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILL,INOIS: C SECTION 1: That a variation from the use regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, Located at 1415 Lake Street, and legally described as w Lot 4 (except the North 49 feet thereof) in Cosgrove's • Subdivision of Lets 5 to 10 in Block 58 in Evanston in the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 41. North, Range 13, and the North 49 feet of Lot 4 and the West 10 feet of Lot 3 in Cos- grove's Subdivision of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 41 North, Range 1.3, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the conversion of :a rooming house to.a 3-unit dwelling on the property ,located at 1415 Lake Street, subject to the following conditions; (1) that there shall be no roomers in the building; (2) that the 3-family use shall be limited to the life of the building; and (3) that a covenant of agreement to the above conditions shall be submitted in recordable form by the appellant, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. r • • SECTION 2: The Director of Building i4 ordered and directed to grant such permits or certificates- of occupancy as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning hoard of Appeals.
