AN ORDINANCE
73
Amending Section 27-83.8(e) of the Code
of the City of Evanston, 1957, as amended,
Restricting or Prohibiting Standing and
Parking of Motor Vehicles on Certain
Streets and Alleys.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That Section 27-83.8(e) of the
Code of the City of Evanston,
1957, as amended, be and the same is further amended by adding
to Section 27.83(e) the following street or portion of street
upon which parking shall be prohibited at certain times only:
ASBURY AVENUE - west side - that portion between the two
driveways in front of 1840 Asbury Avenue -
• no parking between the hours of 11:00 A.M.
and 1:00 P.M., except Saturdays, Sundays,
and National Holidays.
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by
law.
