AN ORDINANCE
Granting the Appeal, of Harold Goodwin for
a Variation from the Offs -Street Parking
Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordi-
nance, Adopted November 21., 1960. .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CIF THE CITY 4F
:VAN GTQN, 'COOK COUNTY, ILLINCIS:
; CTION 1; That a variation from the off**
street parking regulations of
the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, l.r, 600 to far
as said regQl,ations pertain to the property located at 1810 Southi
Boulevard in the City of Evanston, and legally dfscri.bed as
Lot 7 in Block B in Jahn M. Hanford's South Boule-
vard Addition to Evanston in the Southwest quarter
of Section 24, Towhship 41 North* Rance 13, East
of the Third Principal Meridian. in Cook County,
Illinois*
is hereby -granted -and permitted,, and the acequi.r+ meats for pro-
viding off -,street parking for the promises located at 1810 South
Boulevard in the City of Evanston# are hereby waived for a period!
equal to the remaining life of the structure, all in accordance
with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals#
SECTION 2.1 The Director of Building is
ordered and directed to grant a
permit to Harold Goodwin, in accordance with the findings and
recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall. be in full
force and effect from and after
its passage and approval ,in the manner provided by law.
