Granting the Appeal. of Leonard S. Friedman
for a Variation from the off -Street Parking
Regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance,
Adapted November 21, 1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CP THE CITY Of
EVANSTON t COOK COUNTY, I LLI NOI S
SECTION 1: That a variation from the off -
street parking regulations of
the Evanston Zoring Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so far
as said regulations pertain to the property located at 1726 Bewar4
Street in the City of Evanston# and legally described as
Lot 13 in Block I in Stanley & Co.'s Seward Street
Subdivision of the North one -sixth of the south
six -ninths of the West half of the South half" of the
Southeast quarter of Section 24„ Townahip 41 North,.
Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meri.di.an, in
Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby S ranted and permitted* and the requirements for pro-
viding off-street parking for tho premises located at 1726 Sewardl
Street* Evanston# Illinois, are hereby waived for a period equal
to the remaining .life of the structures all in accordance with
the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Cizecto.r of Building is
ordered and directed to grant a
permit to Leonard S. Friedman, In accordance with the findings
and recommendations of the Zoning Board. of Appeals*
SECTION 31 This ordinance shall be in full -
force and effoct from, and aftor
its passage and approval in the manner provided by lave.
