SECTION It That a variation from the off-
street parking regulations of
the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960# so far
as sbid regulations pertain to the property located at 181.4 South
Soulovard in the City of Evanston# and legally described as -
Lot 6 in Block 3 in John M. Hanford' e' South Boule-
vard Addition to Evanston in the Southwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 24# Township 41
North, Ranee 180 East of than Third Pri.nci.pal, Meridian,
In Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted and permitted, and the requirements for pro-
'vi.di.ng off-street parking for the premises located at 1814 South
Boulevard, Evanston, I11inoi.s, are hereby waived for a period
equal, to the remaining life of the structure, all in accordance
with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2s The Director of Building is
ordered and . directed to grunt a
permit to Howard Friedman, in accordance with the findings end.

SECTION 3 x This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after
its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
