AA • 1H '3a5 Amended 7-13.70 44-4- 7Q AM ORDINANCE Granting the Appeal of Norman and Gloria Levinsohn for a Wriation from the Off -Street Parking Regula- tions and from the Screening Regu- lations of the Evanston Zoning Ordl- nance, Adopted November 21, 1960. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK CCUMYt ILLIN01'"% 3ECTIQN 1: That a variation from the off-streat parking regulations and from the screening regulations of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, so for as said reguiations pertain to the property located at 2137 Hgward street, in the City of Evanston, Illinois, and legally described as - Lot 19 and Lot 20 (except the west 15 feet) and the west 4 feet of the east 14 feet of Lot 20 in Block 2 in Oliver Sa.linger and Company's Second Howard Street Addition in Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 41 North, Ranee 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, accordinto Plat recorded June 22, 1923, as Document 7LO469 in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the con- tinued use of the six dwelling units without providing two additional parking spaces and without screening or fencing the existing parking area., subject to the following conditions: (1) that the appellants agree not to oppose the paving of the adjoining alley by special assessment; and (2) that a covenant of agreement to the above con- dition shall be submitted in recordable form by the appellants, all in accordance with the recommendations of the zoning Board of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston. I U • • SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Norman and Gloria Levinsohn in accordance with the findings and recommendations of the Zoning hoard of Appeals and the City Council, of the City of Evanston.
