AN ORDINANCE
• Granting the Appeal of Lester Crooks
and Olga Crooks for a Variation from
the Lot Area Requirements, and Denying
an appeal for a Variation from the
Floor Area Ratio Provisions and Side
Yard Requirements of the Evanston
Zoning Ordinance, Adopted November 21,
1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That a variation from the lot area
requirements of the Evanston Zoning
Ordinance, adopted November 21. 1960, so far as said regulations
pertain to the property at 1104 Hartrey Avenue, in the City of
Evanston, and -legally described'as
The South 38 feet of 11 and all of Lot 12
in Block 6 of Pitner'and Sons, Third Addition
to Evanston, said addition being a subdivision of
.'the Northwest quarter of Section 24$ Township 41
North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, mcording to
the plat thereof, recorded January 10, 1874, in
Book 6, Page 87, as Document No. 141662,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the con-
struction of a two family dwelling on the south 38 feet of said
Lot 11, which is commonly known as 1104 Hartrey Avenue$ Evanston,
Illinois.
The appeal for a variation from the floor area ratio
provisions and side yard requirements of the Zoning Ordinance
on the property located at 1104 Hartrey Avenue, be, and the
same is hereby denied, all in accordance with the recommenda-
tions of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and
Permits is ordered and directed to
0 grant such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be
required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning
• Board of Appeals and the variation granted thereunder.
SXTION 3t This ordinance shall be in full
,force and effect from and after
its passage and approval in the canner provided by lair.
