Sr' K I � fi • I Amended 9-28-70 AN ORDINANCE Grantin+g the Appeal of Center for Curriculum Design for a Variation from the Lot Area Requirements of the Evanston Zoning Ordinance# Adopted November 21t 1960, and for a Special Use Permit, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTCN, COOK COUNTY$ ILLINOIS: y SECTION 1s that a variation from the lot area S requirements of the Evanston Zoning ! Ordinance# adapted November 21, 19600 and for a Special Use Permit* so fair as said regulations pertain to the property in the City of Evanston, located at 821-823 Foster Stre+eto and legally described as - Lot 9„ B1Ock 2, in Wheeler and Others' Subdivision of that part of the North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 41 North, Mange 14, Bast of the Third Principal Meridian lying West of 85hermen Avenue, In Crook County• Illinois, Is hereby granted* permitted and made so as to allow the use of the building as an institutional headquarters of a non-profit organization on the property located at 821-823 Faster Street, Evanston, Illinois# subject to the following conditions-. { 1. that two parking spaces shall be provided on the property and four parking spaces shall bo pprovided by lease agreement in the neighbor- hood; 2* that the existing dwelling units in the building shall be eliminated# and 3. that the variation Is subject to the execration of an agreement, in proper farm, with the City of Evanston to provide that in the event the property becomes eligible for tax ex*mption, a the annual payment in lieu of taxes shall be made } based on tax rates and assessments prevailing, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston. SECTION 2z The Director of Inspections and Permits is ordered and directed to grant such permits as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the 4o.nintg Beard of Appeals and the City Council of the City of Evanston. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall he in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the .manner provided by law.
