. AN ORDINANCE
Granting a Special Use Permit to
Eleven Thirty -One Corporation

the application of Eleven Thirty -One Corporation for a Special
Use Permit to oll.ow use of the propgrty at 1238 Chicago Avenue
as an open sales list for storage of ,automobiles only, be granted.

SECTION 14 That the recommendation of the Zoning
Heard of Appeals is hereby confirmed
and the Director of Inspections and Permits is ordered and
directed to grant a permit to Eleven Thirty -tine Corporation to
allow use of the property at 12338 Chicago Avenue, as an open
sales lot for storage of automobiles only, which property is
legally described as -
Lots 1 and 2 in P. H. Grower's subdivision of the
South 137 feet (except. railroad) of the North 312
feet. of Block I of Snyder' s addition to Evanston,
according to the plat thereof recorded April 26,
1965 in Hoak 88, page 47,, of ,Plats in Cock County,
a subdivision of the North half of the Northwest
quarter* East of the Railroad and West of Chicago
Avenge, of section 19, Township 41 North, Range 14,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Gook Counter,
Illinois,
all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board
of Appeals.
SECTION 2t This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage
and approval In the mannor provided by law.
