Granting the Appeal of Atlantic' Rich-
field Oil Company, Owner, and Burrell
M. 1.1ebster, Lessee, for a Variation
from the General Requirements for
Business and Commercial Districts of
the Zoning Ordnance, Adopted November
21, 1960
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTONt COOK COUNTYy ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1i That a variation froin the general
requirements for business and com-
mercial districts of the Zoning Oidi.nance, adopted November 21,
19600 ,so for as said requirements pertain, try the }property in
the Clay of Evanston., located at 101 Fridge Avenue, and legally
described as
Lots lb, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 in Block 7 in
Brummel and Case Howard Terminal Addition, in
the Northwest quarter of ►eetion 30, Township
41 North, Ranee 14* i:ast of the Third Principal
Meridian, {Gook County, illinol.s,
is hereby granted, permitted and made so as to permit the
Outside storage of trucks on the property at 101 Ridge Avenue,
subject to the condition that the outside storage shall be
limited to four (4) trucks, all in accordance with the recom-
mendations of the Zoning Poard of Appeals and the City C6oncil
of the City of Evanston.
SECTION 2s The Director of Inspections and
Permits is ordered and directed to
grant such permits as shall be required to effectuate the
recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the variation
• granted thereunder.
