HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES-1971-009-O-719-0-71 AN ORDINANCE Repealing Ordinance 28-0-58 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Evanston did on July 21, 1958 adopt Ordinance 28-0-58t granting the appeal of Dr. Wilson K. Fisher for a variation from the use regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Evanston, to permit the construction of an addition to the building located at 2200 Central Street on the condition that nine parking spaces be installed on the property, which property is legally described as - Lot I in Block 1 in Hartrey's Addition to North Evanston* in the Northwest quarter of the North- west quarter of fractional Section 12, Township 41 North* Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, (except that part taken for Hartrey Avenue); and WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Evahstono as applied to the subject property, was amended to require only three parking spaces on the subject property for use of such property as dental and medical purposes: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That Ordinance !8-0-58, an ordinance granting the appeal of Dr. Wilson K. Fisher, for a variation from the use regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Evanston, adopted blarch 25, 1940, be and it is hereby repealed. 5ECT16N 2: This ordinan'ce shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner prbvided by law.
