WHEREAS„ on dune 3, 1963, Roger R. Klilby► Was granted a
variation from the front yard, *egulations of the Evaastim
Zoning Ordinance, adopted. Navember 21, 1960,. and a Special Use
Permit for the property at 3313 Central Street, Evanston,
Illinois, under Ordinance 33-0-63.y tnd:�
WHEREAS, on September 190 1972 the Zoning„ Board of Appeals
bald a public hearing on the application by State national. Sang

SECTION 1: That thovariation granted Bander Ordinance
33-0-63, as .said ordinances pertains to
the property located in the City of Evanston at 3315 Central
Street, and legally described as
• Lot 10 and ]toot 11, lying east of Crawford Avenue (as
cut through) in Block 6 in the first addition to Evanston
Highlands, being a subdivisiaft :of Lot 45 iu .County Clerk;s

is granted so as to allow relocation of the youth 27 feet of
the driveway from Central Street so that.ita.east line is
10 feet from the east property line of the property at 3315
Central Street, Evanston, Illinois, subject to. the following
conditions:
(1) that two roars of a densely punted compact
evergreen hedge no less than 4 feet in height
shall- be planted by the City adjacent ,to ,the
east lot line of the property.commencing at the
southeast lot corner and running thence northerly
for 27 feet and shall be maintained thereafter by
the property owner or lessee; and
(2) that all other conditions contained in Ok4i-
nance 33-0-63 shall remain in effect,
all , in accordance with the recomme.ndations of the Zoning' Board
of Appeals,
