WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the application of LaSalle National Bank, Trust No. 22126, for a special use permit to allow retention of a fence in the required front yard on the premises commonly known as 2541-2543 Crawford Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby confirmed and the Director of Inspections and Permits is ordered and directed to grant a special use permit to LaSalle National Bank, Trust No. 22126, to allow retention of a fence in the required front yard on property located at 2541-2543 Crawford Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, located within an R5 General Residence District. SECTION 2: That the special use permit described herein pertains to the property legally described as - That part of Lot 1 lying west of a line running from a point in the North of said, Lot 64.15 feet East of North West corner of said Lot to a- point in the South line of said Lot, 63.95 feet East of the South West corner of said Lot and parallel to the West line of fractional Section II, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Owner's re - subdivision of Blocks 4 and 5 and vacated r r i LJ r1 U -2- alleys in said Blocks 4 and S, also vacated Culver y.K Street in Evanston Highlands, a subdivision in the North West fractional quarter of Section II, Town- ship 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, other applicable laws and the following condition: That the portion of the fence adjacent to the north lot line shall be put in good repair. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
