Mountain (lessee) • WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the application of Henry Schreiber (owner) and Kenneth E. Mountain (lessee) for a Special Use Permit to allow retention of a contractors shop located at 832 Custer Avenue, Evanston,, Illinois, be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby confirmed and the Director of Inspections and Permits is ordered and directed to grant a permit to Henry Schreiber (owner) and Kenneth E. Mountain (lessee) to allow retention of a contractors shop on • the property located at 832 Custer Avenue, and legally described as - Lot 2 in the Resubdivision of Lots 16 and 17 in Block 1 in Adams and Brown's Addition to Evanston in the N2 of the N2 of the SW'k. East of Ridge Road (except the South 2 ft. thereof) in Section 19, Township 41 N., R. 14, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, subject to compliance: --with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, other applicable laws, and the following conditions: 1. This special use shall be limited to the operation of the contractors office and shop by Kenneth E. Mountain, and 2. That the special use shall be limited to that 25 feet by 26 feet portion of the aforesaid premises currently devoted to use as a contractorls shop and that said usage shall not exceed current levels which include low levels of tool storage, material storage and power tool usage; however, no major material storage, manufacturing, pre- 0 • • fabrication, nor vehicle storage shall be within the 04$ purviewof this special use, and 3. That Henry Schreiber (owner) and Kenneth E. Mountain (lessee) shall sign a covenant in recordable form agreeing that the special use shall be limited to the operation of the contractors office and shop by Kenneth E. Mountain and that the special use shall be limited to that 25 feet by 26 feet portion of the aforesaid premises currently devoted to use as a contractor's shop and that said usage shall not exceed current levels which include low levels of tool storage, material storage and power tool usage; however, no major material storage, manufacturing, pre- fabrication, nor vehicle storage shall be within the purview of this special use. all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
