January 15, 1974, the Zoning Board of Appeals i conducted a public hearing upon the application'of the Trustees ! of Reba Place Fellowship, Inc. for a Special_ Use Permit to allow ! i retention of a day care center located in a C2 commercial dis- trict at 740-746 Custer Avenue, Evanston, Illinois; and _ I WHEREAS the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that such 0 relief be granted; • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE j • I CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of the Trustees of Reba Place Fellowship, Inc. for a Special Use Permit to allow retention of a day care center located on the property at 740-746 Custer Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, and legally des- cribed as: Lot 1 (except the North 60 feet 7-1/2 inches thereof) in Block 1 in Grove Addition to j Evanston, said Addition being part of the SW 1/4 oaf Section 19, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the .Third Principal Meri- dian, in Cook. County, Illinois, is hereby granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions! of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable laws, all in • i accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals,. • • 0 19-0-74 -2- i SECTION 2: The Director_ of Inspections and Permits is here -- by ordered and directed.to grant such permits as i shall be required to effectuate provisions of this ordinance.
