AN ORDINANCE
Granting a Special Use Permit to the First
National Bank and Trust Co. of Evanston as
Trustee under Trust No. R-777, Amos G. Willis,
Louise W. Willis, Richard W. Willis, and Susan
W. Heiberger, Beneficiaries, to Allow Retention
of an Existing Fence on the Property Located
at 2113-2115 Darrow Avenue, Evanston, Illinois.

WHEREAS, on January 15, 1974, the Zoning Board of Appeals
conducted a public hearing upon the application of the First
National Bank & Trust Co. of Evanston as Trustee under Trust No.
R-777, Amos G. Willis, Louise W. Willis, Richard W. Willis, and
Susan W. Heiberger, beneficiaries, for a Special Use Permit to
. allow retention of a fence located in a required front yard of
property located in an R5A General Residence District at 2113-
2115 Darrow Avenue, Evanston, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that
such relief be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the application of the First National Bank
& Trust Co. of Evanston as Trustee under Trust
No. R-777, Amos G. Willis; Louise W. Willis, Richard W. Willis,
and Susan W. Heiberger, beneficiaries, for a Special Use Permit
to allow retention of an existing fence located in a required
• front yard on the property at 2113-2115 Darrow Avenue, Evanston,
Illinois, and legally described as:
Lot 11 and the South 1/2 of Lot 12 in Block 8 in
Payne's Addition to Evanston, being a subdivision
of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town-
ship 41 North, Range 13 E of the 3rd P. M. in
Cook County, Illinois,
is hereby granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions

of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable laws, all in
accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby
ordered and directed to grant such permits as
shall be required to effectuate provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
