Heiberger, Beneficiaries, to Allow Retention of an Existing Fence on the Property Located at 2113-2115 Darrow Avenue, Evanston, Illinois. ,t 8 WHEREAS, on January 15, 1974, the Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing upon the application of the First National Bank & Trust Co. of Evanston as Trustee under Trust No. R-777, Amos G. Willis, Louise W. Willis, Richard W. Willis, and Susan W. Heiberger, beneficiaries, for a Special Use Permit to . allow retention of a fence located in a required front yard of property located in an R5A General Residence District at 2113- 2115 Darrow Avenue, Evanston, Illinois; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that such relief be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of the First National Bank & Trust Co. of Evanston as Trustee under Trust No. R-777, Amos G. Willis; Louise W. Willis, Richard W. Willis, and Susan W. Heiberger, beneficiaries, for a Special Use Permit to allow retention of an existing fence located in a required • front yard on the property at 2113-2115 Darrow Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, and legally described as: Lot 11 and the South 1/2 of Lot 12 in Block 8 in Payne's Addition to Evanston, being a subdivision of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town- ship 41 North, Range 13 E of the 3rd P. M. in Cook County, Illinois, is hereby granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions i C 18-0-74 IM of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable laws, all in accordance with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby ordered and directed to grant such permits as shall be required to effectuate provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
