AN ORDINANCE

Granting A Variation And
Special Use Permit For The
Premises At 1905 Church Street {

WHEREAS, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals con-
ducted public hearings on February 20, 1979 and Narch 20, 1979
j� upon the application by Samuel Johnson for variation from the
i
non -conforming structure and use regulations to permit completion j
I
of a structure, and for a special use to allow expansion of a
portion of a dwelling at 1905 Church Street, property located in
a B-1 Business District; said public hearings having been con-
ducted pursuant to notice and publication thereof in the manner
•
prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended
that said variation and special use permit be granted; �-

Parcel 1: Lot 58 in Block 1 in J. S. Hovlands
Evanston Subdivision of the Southeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Town-
ship 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third I
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois;

• Parcel 2: Easement for the benefit of Parcel
II 1 for the maintenance of existing encroach-
ments of the building located mainly on said
�i Lot 58 for so long as said building will
i, exist over, under and upon so much of Lot 57
in Block 1 in J. S. Hovlands Evanston Subdi-
vision aforesaid, as occupied by said build-
ing and as noted in Deed from Amanda Jean
Dittmer to Elinor Spinuzza dated March 29,
i! 1965 and recorded April 1, 1965, as Document
4 No. 19423273, of Section 13, Township 41

Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois;

is granted subject to compliance with all other applicable pro-
visions of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable laws.

SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is
