I,itions and expansion of the offices of this institutional headquarters into the :attic of the building at 1801 Hinman Avenue, a variation from the yard ob- !struction regulations of the Zoning Ordinance, and relief from the condition i 1 11of Ordinance 24-0-60 to permit the retention of an off-street parking area lsouth of the building proper at 1801 Hinman Avenue, and legally described as { follows: • 1� Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9 in the resubdivision of Lots 5 to 14 in Block 12, It in Evanston, in Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. .f I� 98-0-80 • • is granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Or- dinance, other applicable laws and the condition that the proposed alterations and expansion of use conform to the plans submitted at the hearing, which are identified as Board's Exhibit 1. I i SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby ' directed to issue such permit pursuant to the terms of this ordinance.
