Requirements at 1207-11 Leonard Place i� WHEREAS, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public if hearing on June 17, 1980 and July 15, 1980 upon the application of the l: 1207-11 Leonard Place Condominium (Judith S. Moore & Douglas S. Moore, an un- divided one half interest and Timothy Ambro & Laura Ambro, an undivided one f, half interest) for a variation from the lot area requirements for said pro- perty; said hearing having been conducted pursuant to notice and publication I thereof in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the application for said variation be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: f SECTION 1: That the application of Judith S. Moore and Douglas S. Moore as beneficiaries under the First National Bank & Trust Co. of Evanston, Trust R-2346 for a variation from the lot area requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to permit proposed lot 1 at 1211 Leonard j Place to have a lot area of 4,807.04 square feet, and proposed lot 2 at 1207 Leonard Place to have a lot area of 4,805.7 square feet, on the property lo- cated at 1207-11 Leonard Place, and legally described as follows: The West 21.8 feet of Lot 12 and Lot 13 in the subdivision of the North 2.53 1/3 chains of the South 11.77 1/3 chains of that part lying West of Ridge Road of the SW 1/4 ; of Section 7, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in • �; Cook County, Illinois I; 1; is granted, to allow subsequent approval of the proposed plat of resubdivision , by the City Council, subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, other applicable laws and the following conditions: • i 78-0-80 ! 1. That two off-street parking spaces meeting all the requirements of ! the Zoning Ordinance be installed to serve the proposed lot at 1211 Leonard Place; and 2. That the 1207-11 Leonard Place Condominium legal structure be dissolved and terminated. ii SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby i' directed to issue such permit pursuant to the terms of this ordinance. ii SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner pro- ' vided by the law.
