I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of McGuffin Lumber, Inc., Employees' Profit Sharing Plan and Trust for variations from the ;use and nonconforming structure and use regulations of the Zoning Ordinance, for relief from the conditions of Ordinances 26-0-64 and 52-0-68, and for release from the covenant recorded as Document 20567787 to permit retention of the office use of the first floor of the premises located at 3142 Central Street and Iegally described as follows: Lot 6 in Block 6 in Arthur T. McIntosh's Centralwood Addition to Evanston, being a Subdn. of part of fractional Section 11, li Twp. 41 N., R. 13 E. of the 3rd P.M. in Cook County, Illinois I is granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning { �I Ordinance, other applicable laws and the following conditions: i f 1 61-0-80 1. That no more than six employees occupy said office. 2.
