• TOWN OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON
BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR TOWN
PURPOSES, FOR THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 1981
WHEREAS, a tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Town
01 the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois, has heretofore been prepared
and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said Budget and Appropriation
-Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, all persons desiring to be heard on the natter of the
Budget were heard, and the Bridget has been submitted to the Board of Town
Auditors for approval and adoption:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Auditors of the Town
of the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1: That the following Budget for the fiscal year commencing
April 1, 1980 and ending March 31, 1981, be and is
hereby approved and adopted:

AN ORDIWANCE
Granting a Variation and i
Special Use Permit for the
Premises at 425 Dempster Street
WHEREAS, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public
hearing on March 25, continued to April 15, 1980 and May 20, 1980 upon the
application by School District 65 and the Chiaravelle Montessori School
for a variation from the use regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit
the establishment of a child care institution, and for a special use to per-
mit the establishment of a private school at 425 Dempster Street. property
located in an R-1 residential district; said public hearing having been con-
ducted pursuant to notice and publication thereof in the manner prescribed

by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that said
variation and special use permit be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the application of School District 65 and the
Chiaravelle Montessori School for a variation from
the use regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the establishment of
a child care institution, and for a special use to permit the establishment
of a private school at 425 Dempster Street, Evanston, Illinois,. and Iegiilly 1-,

Lots 10 through 15 inclusive in block 37 in Evans"t
in Section 18, township 41 north, range 14 east vis 9-,4-
the Third Pr,ncipal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
is granted subject to the following condition: The variation to'perlkii«
establishment of a child care institution is solely for child care facilities:
operated by the Chiaravelle Montessori School and incidental to the special s
use herein granted and compliance with all other apnlicable nrovisions of
the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable laws.
