HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES-1982-013-O-821/28/82 • n U 13-0-82 AN ORDINANCE Granting variations from the off-street Parking Regulations at 1501 Maple Avenue i i' f WHEREAS, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing on December 15, 1981 and again on January 19, 1982 upon the i ij application of the Maple Real Estate Investment Trust as sole beneficiary i� ii of the First National Bank of Lake Forest under Trust 1748 for variations ii from the off-street parking regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit i ;; 66 off-street parking spaces to serve the 70 dwelling units on the I premises instead of 70 off-street parking spaces required at the time of li (j construction at 1501 Maple Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, property located in i an R7 General Residence District; said hearings having been conducted pursuant to notice and publication thereof in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the application for said variations be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: !� SECTION 1 : That the application of the ',ail a Real Estate i� i; !j Investment Trust as sole beneficiary of the First National Bank of Lake. Forest under Trust 1748 for variations from the off-street parking regula- tions of the Zoning Ordinance to permit 66 off-street parking spaces to serve the 70 dwelling units on the premises instead of the 70 off-street parking spaces required at the time of construction on the property located at 1501 Maple Avenue, and legally described as: i Lots 10, 11, 12 and the North 20 ft. of Lot 13 in Block 53 is in Huse's Subdivision of Blocks 50, 51, 52 and 53, in Town of ! Evanston in the South West 1/4 of Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, ij Illinois. 13-0-82 • • n U } is granted subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, and other applicable laws.
