Granting a Variation from the
Use Regulations of the
• Zoning Ordinance at 635 Chicago Avenue

WHEREAS, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public
hearing on July 17, 1984 upon the application of Lake Southpoint Properties
partnership as sole beneficiary of the American National Bank and Trust Co.
of Chicago, Trust 59115, and the North Shore Pizza, Inc. (prospective tenant)
for a variation from the use regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit
the use of store number one for a pizza establishment involving only delivery
and limited carry -out of pizza; said application concerning 635 Chicago Avenue,
Evanston, Illinois, property located in a C2 Commercial District; said public
hearing having been conducted pursuant to notice and publication thereof in
the manner prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the
application for said variation from the use regulations be granted;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the application of Lake Southpoint Properties
partnership as sole beneficiary of the American National
Bank and Trust Co. of Chicago, Trust 59115, and North Shore Pizza, Inc.
(prospective tenant) for a variation from the use regulations of the Zoning
Ordinance to permit the use of store number one for a pizza establishment
involving only delivery and limited carry -out pizza at 635 Chicago Avenue,
Evanston, Illinois, and legally described as follows:
Lot 1 of the Southpoint Consolidation of Lots 11 to 18,
both inclusive, in Block 2 in Keeny's Addition to Evanston,
in the Wz of the SE, of Section 19, Township 41 North,
Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in the
City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois
• is granted subject to compliance with all other applicable provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance.

SECTION 2: The Director of Building and Zoning is ordered and
directed to grant such permits or certificates of
occupancy as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the
Zoning Board of Appeals, and the use granted thereunder.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
