HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES-1985-064-O-855/L�/ 65 6/4/85 Xlfflltev AN ORDINANCE Granting a Special Use to Permit • Establishment of a Fast -Food Restaurant at 2014 Central Street WHEREAS, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing on May 21, 1985 upon the application by Robert J. Allen and Mary E. Allen as beneficiaries under the First Illinois Bank of Wilmette, Trust TWB-0021 (owners), and Beverly A. Devroy,Jeffrey A. Devroy, James P. Allen and Mary B. Allen d/b/a First Illinois Frank and Crust Co. (lessee) for a special use to permit establishment of a fast-food restaurant, said application concerning 2014 Central Street, Evanston, Illinois, property located in a B2 Business District; said public hearing having been conducted pursuant to notice and publication thereof in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the application for said special use be granted; • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of Robert J. Allen and Mary E. Allen as beneficiaries under the First Illinois Bank of Wilmette, Trust TWB-0021 (owners), and Beverly A. Devroy, Jeffrey A. Devroy, James P. Allen and Mary B. Allen d/b/a First Illinois Frank and Crust Co. (lessee) for a special use to permit establishment of a fast-food restaurant at 2014 Central Street, Evanston, Illinois, and legally described as follows: Lot 9 in Block 18 in North Evanston, a Subdivision in George Smith's subdivision of the South Part of Archange Ouilmette Reservation, in Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois is granted subject to compliance with all other applicable regulations of the Zoning Ordinance of the City Code of the City of Evanston, 1979, as amended, 0 5/.29/ d5 • • • 64-0-85 and all other applicable laws and to the conditions that (1) said fast-food restaurant shall be installed in substantial compliance with the plans placed on file with this application, and (2) trash receptacles shall be installed and maintained on the premises. SECTION 2: The Director of Building and Zoning is ordered and directed to grant such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the 1 Zoning Board of Appeals, and the special use granted thereunder. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from provided by law.
