AN ORDINANCE
I Granting a Special Use at 922 Davis Street

iWHEREAS, the Evanston Zoning Board of Appeals
conducteda public hearing on February 19, 1985, Parch 19, 1985
and April 16, 1985, upon the application by Jack Cecchini as
sole beneficiary under the American National Bank and Trust
`i Company of,Chicago, Trust 41382, for a special use to permit

jestablishment of a fast-food restaurant" on the first floor of
the building located at 922 Davis Street, property located in a
B4 Business District; said public hearing having been conducted
pursuant to notice and publication thereof in the manner
prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended
that the application .for said special use be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
i THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOI{ COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the application of Jack
Cecchini as sole beneficiary under the
'i American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, Trust
41382, for a special use to permit establishment of a fast-food
restaurant on the first floor of the building located at 922

ij Davis Street, Evanston, and legally described as follows:
' The West 1/2 of the East 41-3/4 feet of the West
83-1/8 feet of the North 130 feet of Block 63 in
Village (now City) of Evanston, in Section 18,
i Township 41 North, Range 14,' East of the Third
Principal Meridian, all in Cook County, Illinois

is granted subject to compliance with all other applicable
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City Code of the City
of Evanston, other applicable laws and the condition that said
�i fast-food restaurant shall be.installed in substantial
•I� compliance with the, plan filed in connection with the
application.

SECTION 2: The Director of Building and Zoning
is ordered and directed to grant such
permits pursuant to the terms of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
