Hollingsworth and Faye G. Hollingsworth as beneficiaries under the First Illinois Bank of Evanston, Trust R-1870, for variations from the lot area, floor area ratio and off-street parking requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the resubdivision of the property into two lots and separation of ownership of the proposed lots, said application concerning 1520-26 Greenleaf Street and 1037-41 Florence Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, property located in a BI Business District; said public hearing having been conducted pursuant to notice and publication thereof in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the application for said variations be ,granted; • NOW, THEREFORE, BE 'IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of Ernest L. Hollingsworth and Faye G. Hollingsworth as beneficiaries under the First Illinois Bank of Evanston, Trust 8-1870, for variations from the lot area, floor area ratio and off-street parking requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the resubdivision of the property into two lots and separation of ownership of the proposed lots at 1520-26 Greenleaf Street and 1037-41 Florence Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, and legally described as follows: Lots 6 and 7 in Block 5 in Pitner's Addition to Evanston, a subdivision of part of the NE of Section 24, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois is granted subject to compliance with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City Code of the City of Evanston, as amended,and all other applicable laws. 11 12/20/85 • • 40 SECTION 2: The Director of Building and Zoning is ordered and directed to grant such permits or certificates of occupancy as shall be required to effectuate the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the variations granted thereunder. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
