I U • SECTION 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized and may, direct the Northwest Municipal Conference to advertise the sale of the aforementioned personal property in a newspaper within the community before, the date of said public auction. SECTION 4: No bid which is less than the minimum price set I for in the list of property to be sold shall be accepted. SECTION S: The City Manager is hereby authorized and may' ,I direct the Northwest Municipal Conference to enter into an agreement for the' sale of said personal property. fi SECTION 6: Upon payment of the full auction.price, the City I I.
