Gleason and Joan H. Boughton for variations from the lot area and side yard regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a resubdivision of the lot now i improved with a single-family dwelling and a two-family I dwelling into two lots, each with one residence, at 1213-17 Oak Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, property located in an R3 Two -Family Residence District; said hearing having been conducted pursuant to notice and publication thereof in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that the application for said variations be granted, NOW, THEREFORE,,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF • THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of Mary J. Gleason and Joan H. Boughton for variations from the lot area and side yard regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a resubdivision of the lot now improved with a single-family dwelling and a. two-family dwelling into two lots, each with one residence, property located at 1213-17 Oak Avenue, and legally described as follows: Parcel 1: The South half of Lot 15 in Block 1, O.A. Crain's Subdivision of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian, (together with all,improvements thereon); Parcel 2: The North half of Lot 15 in Block 1, O.A. Crain's Subdivision of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian (together with all improvements thereof) • is granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, other applicable laws and the following i conditions: " UM .7 • 1. All kitchen facilities on the second floor of the building at 1213 Oak Avenue shall be removed; 2. each of the subject buildings shall be used solely as a single-family dwelling; and. 3. a plat of subdivision shall be submitted to the City Council in proper form for approval. SECTION 2: The Director of Building and Zoning is hereby directed to issue such permit pursuant to the terms of this ordinance. SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
