SECTION 6: Upon payment of the price indicated in the successful bid, the City Manager is hereby authorized and directe� to convey evidence of ownership to the aforesaid property to the successful bidder(s). SECTION 7: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
