UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE 29-R-74
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council „f the

that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement consist cf Evanston's contribution to the North Suburban
Mass Transit District for the fiscal vear 1973 - 74.

2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Thirty-nine Thousand five hundred seventv eight

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
