PFAFF, departed this life on Saturdays, June 11, 1960; and WHEREAS, ANGUS D. PFAFF, a resident of Evanston for more than 17 years, a member of the Evanston Rotary Club, the University Club of Evanston, and particularly active as an officer and lay leader of the Evanston Y.M.C.A. in addition to his position as President of the Evanston Broadcasting Corpor- ation operating radio station WNMP; and WHEREAS, Evanston citizens are aware of his interest in civic affairs. making available from time to time the facil- ities of his radio station for communicating information regarding public and civic affairs; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Evanston to pay tribute to ANGUS D. PFAFF: NOW THFREFGRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the City Council of the City of Evanston, on behalf of ourselves. the Mayor, the City Manager, the officials as well as the citizens of this community, we express profound regret upon the occasion of the untimely death of ANGUS D. PFAFF and tender to the bereaved members of his family our heartfelt sympathy.
