Inc:has promulga.ted* certain 'cri'teria for the issuance of- 4 construction, reconstruction, alteration and -installation permits, known ,as the "BOCA Basic Building Code of `th`e Building r Officials Conference of America, Inc*, 1965 Edition N which 4 criteria constitutes regulations prepared by: ,a nationally:,, recognized -technical. tradeor service association within the meaning of Division 3 of Article 1 of the Illinois Municipal' F, Code; .and 'WHEREAS, -the Building Officials Conference of America,. Inca has, prepared and issued its Accumulative Supplement, 1967; and WHEREAS,, .-said Division S provides ' for the' -adoption by reference of -such regulations, provided that three copies -of = such regulations are kept on file An -.the office of -the -Clerk of the adopting municipality for a•period'of at least•15 days prior to the adoption of the ordinance which incorporates such-, regulations by reference;- and `'.
