SECTION I: That. the City C6uncil of the
-City of Evanston does find that
the regular election. held on the First day*of April, 1969�
-was duly called nand held in all re•spect.s as provided by law
and as provided in the ordinance calling said election, and
by the publication of notices as aforesaid; that ballots were

furnished in 4ufficient numb#rs at all tunes enuring said
election and that the ballots"used. were in all respects as
required by law; that .the judget; of said ele'ctl.on were ft.ly, ,
gcjalified -and gave oath of office and did conduct said election,,
as required by law; that the returns'of said election have been
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Evanston and Are. -now
