Call of the Wards
Ward 1:Virtual Ward meeting on Thursday, October 21, at 7 p.m. There will also be a
Planning & Development Subcommittee on housing. There will be a Ward meeting
on Thursday, October 28, to focus only on the city budget.

Ward 2:Thanked Interim City Manager Gandurski for attending the 2nd Ward meeting. He
asked City Manager Gandurski to send his appreciation to city staff for the budget
presentation.

Ward 3:Virtual Ward meeting on Tuesday, October 19, at 5:30 p.m. to discuss crime with
the Evanston Police Department. An in-person ward meeting will take place on
Thursday, October 28, at the Evanston Public Library.

Ward 4:Ward meeting on Tuesday, November 2, at the Robert Crown Center, beginning at
7:00 p.m. to discuss the city budget.

Ward 5:The next Ward meeting will be on October 28, at the Gibbs Morrison Center at
7:00 p.m. He responded to comments made about the TIF District.

Ward 8:Shared his thoughts related to the budget discussion. There will be a virtual ward
meeting on October 28, at 6 p.m. Ward meeting will continue to be held on the last
Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. Community members are putting together a
trick-or-treat event at Brummel Park, Donations are being accepted to help support
the trick-or-treat event. The Howard-Main grant survey has been distributed and
business owners are encouraged to complete the survey.
