Staff recommends that members of City Council review and discuss these proposed uses, and (1) provide direction to staff on whether to pursue the development of specific funding recommendations for consideration and (2) whether any such recommendations should be reviewed first by the BCCs responsible for making policy and funding recommendations to City Council for similar projects/programs.
