SECTION 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized and may direct the Purchasing Agent to advertise the sale of the aforementioned personal property in a newspaper having a general circulation within the City before August 5, 1991. SECTION 4: The City Manager is hereby authorized and may direct the Purchasing Agent to enter into an • agreement for the sale of said personal property. SECTION 5: Upon payment of the price indicated in the successful bid, the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to convey evidence of ownership to the aforesaid property to the successful bidder(s). SECTION 6: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. -3- 0 14 • SECTION 7: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
