Central Road, Mount Prospect to the highest bidder on said property. SECTION 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized and may direct the Northwest Municipal Conference Agent to advertise the sale of the aforementioned personal property in a newspaper having a general circulation within the City before the date of said public auction. 6 SECTION 4: No bid which is less than the minimum price set forth shall be accepted. SECTION 5: The City Manager is hereby authorized and may direct the Northwest Municipal Conference to enter into an agreement for the sale of said personal property. SECTION 6: Upon payment of the price indicated in the successful bid, the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to convey evidence of ownership to the aforesaid property to the successful bidder(s). SECTION 7: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
