AN ORDINANCE
Granting Certain Variations
With Respect to the Property Located at
803 Mulford Street, Evanston, Illinois
WHEREAS, on January 20, 1976 and February 17, 1976 the Zoning Board of
;,Appeals conducted a public hearing upon the application of Miriam Bernstein
Pfor variations from accessory buildings and uses, conversion of existing struc-,
I.tures for residential uses, lot area, lot width, front yard, side yard, and
;:off-street parking regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the conversion
jof the store located on the premises into a second dwelling unit without
:;bringing all aspects of the premises into conformity with the Zoning Ordinance

.said property being located at 803 Mulford Street, Evanston, Illinois, an R-6
General Residence District, said public hearing having been conducted pursuant

j'to notice and publication thereof as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that such relief
?�I be granted; `
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the application of Miriam Bernstein for variations

from accessory buildings and uses, conversion of existing

;'structures for residential uses, lot area, lot width, front yard, side yard and

off-street parking requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Evanston
1960, as amended, to permit the conversion of the store located on the first
floor of the premises located on the subject property into a second dwelling
;;unit on the property located at 803 Mulford Street, Evanston, Illinois, and
legally described as: {
' Lot 11 in Block 3 in Valeria M. Williams' Addition to Evanston, a sub-
division of Lot 4 in County Clerk's Division of unsubdivided land in
the Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 41 North, Range 14, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois,

is hereby granted subject to compliance with all other provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance and other applicable laws, all in accordance with the recom-
mendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals.

SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby ordered

I; and directed to grant such permits as shall be required to
I effectuate provisions of this ordinance. 4
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and

after its passage and approval in the manner provided by
!, law.
