WHEREAS, on February 17, 1976 and March 16, 1976 the Zoning Board of
'!Appeals conducted a public hearing upon the application of Elmer G. Holm

!public hearing have been conducted pursuant to notice and publication
(thereof as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that such relief
be granted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
jEVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the application of Elmer Go Holm (contract purchaser)
i' for a special use to allow retention of a storage and ware-
housing establishment for retail merchandise on the property located at 2119-25

Ashland Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, and legally described as: ,
Lots 12, 13, and 14 in Block 11 in Evanston Center Addition in Section
!i 12, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois, i

iris hereby granted subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning
Ordinance and other applicable laws, all i.n accordance with the recommendations
of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
it SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby ordered
